In the year 2013 , Monica & I ( Elizabeth) decided to join forces and form HomeyMakeover to help prospect Property Sellers, Buyers, renters a better chance to increase their transaction potentials and it has worked. Statistically, a house or property that is shown to potential buyers, has a 85% chance of selling than if the property is left alone, meaning nothing is done to it.
